There’s no getting lost in the crowd here! With 3 people per class, we ensure you get the most out of your workout. Our focus is on form, to ensure you are feeling the burn in the right places, mobilising safely and effectively, and challenging yourself according to your body and your needs.
These multi-level classes will improve and maintain overall physical fitness, improve posture, and movement and leave you feeling longer and stronger.
Our instructors will guide you through contemporary Pilates repertoire, with variety and fun, whilst staying true to the principles of Pilates and this incredible piece of equipment.
Ready, set, go… newbies and Reformer pros! This class has 3 people max, so you will feel challenged and supported. Your instructor will invite you to move to your limits, whatever that is for you, so you get results. Expect to feel stronger, taller and more mobile… there’s no better feeling than the post-Reformer-feeling!
REFORM & REFINE
Something NEW is here! In this class, with 3 people max, you will spend half the class on a Reformer. Here the focus is on traditional Pilates repertoire, where you will enjoy mobilising and strengthening. And you will spend the other half of class on a Hypervibe (Whole Body Vibration). This offers low-impact, zero-stress highly effective sculpting.
The Hypervibe is a piece of equipment offering Whole Body Vibration, which has been proven to have various benefits for a multitude of different health goals and conditions. It stimulates and activates muscles, joints and reflexology zones in ways that other forms of exercise can’t – without harmful impact or stress on the body.
