WELLBEING GUIDELINES

At The Movement Core we’re committed to the highest standards of health and wellbeing for our community and our team. We ask that you follow these simple guidelines when you’re at the studio.

WHAT WE’RE DOING

✦ All team members have completed COVID training and are COVID Marshals

✦ Air con filtration cleaned regularly, and use of Dyson air filtration fans in the studio

✦ Doors propped open between classes

✦ Team members will be staying home if unwell

✦ Hand sanitiser, masks and plastic gloves available, plus minimal touch points during your visit

✦ Vinyl covers for hand and feet straps for Reformers

✦ Single-use antibacterial wipes for cleaning equipment and props

✦ Cleaning and disinfecting touch areas between classes + daily clean

 
 

WHAT WE’RE ASKING YOU TO DO

 

✦ BYO grip socks (MUST be worn during all classes), sweat towel & drink bottle

✦ Stay home if you’re unwell

✦ Face masks are optional during class

✦ Sanitise your hands on entry and exit

✦ Please practice social distancing inside the studio

✦ Thoroughly clean your equipment and props after class
