At The Movement Core we offer a variety of classes to choose from, so there is something for everybody. Every class is designed with purpose and to make you feel happy!
Our Group Classes have 14 people max, and range from Mat Pilates to Cardio Pilates to Suspension Pilates and lots more! These classes offer group vibes with personal care.
Our Reformer Room Classes have 3 people max, and include the Reformer Pilates and Reform & Refine classes. These offer a more tailored workout and use the Reformer and Hypervibe equipment.

With a max of 14 people in a class, we are committed to having your back. We focus on form, so you are sure to get an effective workout.

There’s no getting lost in the crowd here! With 3 people per class we ensure that you are getting the very most out of your workout. Our focus is on form, to ensure you are feeling the burn in the right places, mobilising safely and effectively, and challenging yourself according to your body and your needs.
These classes are multi-level, designed to improve and maintain overall physical fitness, improve posture, movement and leave you feeling longer and stronger.
Our instructors will guide you through contemporary Pilates repertoire, with variety and fun, whilst staying true to the principles of Pilates and this incredible piece of equipment.
